Ivana YogaWelcome. My name is Ivana and I'm an avid believer, practitioner, and teacher of Yoga. The benefits of Yoga have been revered for thousands of years in every corner of the world. Yoga improves one's flexibility, strength, posture and brings peace and calm in a world often filled with the opposite.

Our Yoga Approach

I specialize in breath-based Yoga. This practice is ideal for people of all ages and conditions, from individuals looking to improve their physical and mental strength to those suffering from physical or visceral ailments. Examples of those who can benefit most from Yoga include:

A cornerstone of Yoga is one's relationship to his or her breath - attention to regulating breath is always emphasized. This allows one to arrive at stillness of the mind and create deeper focus. Beginners are also welcome and encouraged to join. If you've never tried yoga or are intimidated by the thought of it, I encourage you to experience this gentle, breath-oriented practice, coupled with light stretching, and the relaxation response it induces.

I am very empathic, gentle and encourage you to work at your own pace, at your own time, in your own way. I am supportive of a lot of dialogue between my clients and myself, so that I can create a program designed specifically for your individual needs and wishes.

I also strongly believe in the value of (affordable) private instruction. While group yoga classes can certainly provide benefits, one-on-one instruction significantly increases the speed and impact of results. Because of this, I make sure to establish very affordable rates so private instruction is in reach to those who share this belief.
